APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL HOUSING REHABILITATION

The Corry Redevelopment Authority Act 137 provides funding for housing rehabilitation, lead-based paint remediation, and accessibility improvements to income-qualified homeowners. The program aims to improve the quality of Erie County's housing stock and address health and safety issues. Eligible applicants must have an annual income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, and the program is available for single-family, owner-occupied residential properties. The authority administers these programs in conjunction with the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie.
